We have parking.

The condominium requires a $5,000 pesos security deposit in cash to access the apartment and it’s not controlled by us, so it can’t be avoided. The security deposit is returned by the condominium at check out.

Our rules are few and very simple.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $250 USD or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of $25 USD. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking for up to $250 USD.

Respect the rules of the condominium and be very careful with the accommodation.
Be careful and responsible in using electrical energy: turn off air conditioners, lights, and fans that are not in use, and make sure to turn them off when leaving. Keep windows and doors closed when air conditioners are in operation.
To maintain proper functioning, the minimum temperature of air conditioners must be 22 degrees Celsius.
Smoking is allowed only in the terrace area behind closed doors and never inside the apartment.
Turn off cigarette butts in a bowl with water, preferably if you can close it and discard it as a bottle of water. This is to prevent the smell of cigarette butts from permeating the interior. Any burns or damage caused by cigarettes will be charged after the review of the property.
Your pet is more than welcome; however, we have certain restrictions and conditions that you must accept.
The washing machine and dryer are available for long stays (5 nights or more)
Pet Policies

- Only dogs are allowed
- Only one dog is allowed per stay; any exceptions should be discussed before booking
- We only accept small breeds or those that do not exceed 10 kilos, preferably if they are hypoallergenic breeds
- Upon arrival, we recommend taking your pet to the parking lot garden to make the bathroom before entering the property. Usually, dogs, no matter how well trained they are, instinctively tend to mark territory when they are introduced to a new place, so in this way, the risk of doing so within the property is reduced.
- While we do not ask for proof of vaccination, we expect our guests to be responsible and that their pets are vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-free, Remember that future guests occupy our property.
- Pets are not allowed in the common areas, so if you take them out to relieve yourself, you can only do it in the parking lot gardens.
- We know that to enjoy the beach and facilities, you must leave your pet unattended inside our property, so to avoid a bad experience, we ask you to please leave your pet inside its crate, which we hope you will bring with you.
- Clean after your pet's needs either in the parking lot gardens or inside our property
- Pets are not allowed in the furniture and beds, and in case a professional cleaning is needed that is not covered by the pet cleaning that we include, this will be charged to the guest, as well as any damage caused by the pet
- We reserve the right to apply for a security deposit of $300 USD. This deposit is only a block that will be unlocked 24 hours after your departure.
