House Rules

1. Parties and events are allowed, but the guest must collect the garbage and leave the property in order. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $5,000 mxn, plus damage to the house.
2. The number of guests may not vary with respect to what is stated in the booking. *Extra charge per person (500 mxn per night per night per person)
3. Pets are allowed. A deposit of $1,500 mxn will be charged, it will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order. If a pet is introduced without informing the host, $1,500 per pet will be charged.
4. Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds. Approximately $1,500 mxn will be charged for cleaning furniture or beds.
5. If keys are lost an extra charge will be made for $500 mxn per set of keys, plus $8,000 mxn per change of plates.
6. An extra charge will be made for each piece of decoration or plant that is broken or lost. Approximate item will be charged.
7. Extra charge will be charged for dirtying furniture, burning, or destroying furniture. Approximate furniture will be charged. Take care of them as if they were your own
8. Smoking inside the house or using drugs or narcotics of any kind is not allowed. *A fine of $5,000 mxn will be made.
9. Do not use body towels to dry the floor, jargon will be provided per bathroom. *The destruction or damage or loss there will be an extra charge.
10. You can't take the liquid soap from the bathrooms and kitchen. There will be an extra charge for loss Take care of them for ever
11. Place trash instead (Place it in the large black can outside),
13. Avoid touching plants, flowers, animals, and insects. We are in a place where there is still wildlife so we recommend not touching them for your safety. We are not responsible for poor treatment of animals, if you do not touch them they will not harm you.
14. It is forbidden to move chairs, furniture, tables... etc. from the inside to the outside. A fine of $5,000 mxn will be charged.
15. Please place the grill in the assigned place, if you change it and dirty the area will be charged an extra cleaning of $1,000; due to excess grease on the floor.
16. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 12 pm; if you would like to check in early and/or check-out late you will be charged $400 mxn per extra hour. Only paid by transfer or via Airbnb.
17. If necessary, an extra $1,350 cleaning fee will be charged for leaving too dirty.
18. Body towels are left by number of guests of the reservation plus 3 hand towels, if missing will be charged for lost towel $300 mxn.
19. The heated pool (heat pump) has an extra cost of $1,000 mxn per night (paid every night of the reservation), this is paid by bank transfer or deposit. It's paid 2 days before guests arrive. It must be notified with 2 days prior arrival that will require heating by heat pump.
20. The garden will be watered and checked every third day, with previous notice.
