Our rooftop apartment is just 3 km away from the picturesque South Tulum Beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Downtown Tulum is just a short 10-minute drive away, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and bars.

3. To maintain proper functioning, the minimum temperature of air conditioners must be 22 degrees Celsius.
