The space
The Villa is a spacious residential property that is located at one end of our property... On the other end is the Main House from where we will assist you during your stay.

This Villa retains a delightful independence and atmosphere of privacy that our guests love as they receive personalized and discreet attention from our staff making them feel at home.

From your entrance you will experience a comfortable, clean and full of light and peace atmosphere surrounded by trees, ferns, flowers of many types and the warm pool next to a delicious Jacuzzi.

Our "PRESIDENTIAL SUITE" is located on the upper floor with a very large layout, closet, drawer, desk and work chair and terrace with extraordinary view of the garden and private bathroom with shower.

The GROUND FLOOR SUITE is spacious, fresh and with two comfortable double beds that will ensure you have a complete rest. It has a separate bathroom and a very large wardrobe area. In this room we have a screen connected to Netflix and DISH cable service. At your convenience, we can install a crib for your baby in this bedroom.

The SINGLE SUITE is a delightful and fun bedroom with a single bed and all the amenities to have a good time "isolated from the world".

Both bathrooms have all kinds of amenities and whites that we gladly replace at your request.

The ROOM is practical and very comfortable... you have a good inventory of magazines, posts and books to read if this is your hobby or just rest and relax checking your Whatsapp or any of the trendy social media through our high speed internet link.

I forgot to mention the PIANO, which is good for experienced guests to do some practice or to beginners to learn a lot !

The DINING ROOM has everything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner as if you were at home... or if you like to play a good game of dominoes or backgammon, we have them here!

The KITCHEN is fully equipped to do from a simple meal to a great dinner... you have all kinds of utensils, pots, plates, plates, glasses, glasses, etc., a large refrigerator for your food and drink, (upon arrival you will find inside beer and complimentary bottles of water), microwave oven, electric oven, electric stove, blender, etc. And if anything is missing, we get it!!

ALCALINIZADA WATER; you have a filter that purifies and sanitizes the water you take, thus helping to improve your Health during your stay!

First aid KIT is located in the dining area so that if necessary, ( we touch wood ! ) you have it at hand.

COFFEE STATION, at all times you have a capsule coffee machine or machine to make you an espresso machine and give you your daily caffeine equipment.

The "COWORKING" or "HOME OFFICE" area is spacious, reserved and comfortable... it has office chairs and practical desks to work on your laptop or do the tasks.

The TERRACE is just outside in the garden and has a dining room for six people and a barbecue that invites you to have breakfast outdoors or make a rich charcoal meat while you enjoy the beautiful view and the presence of nice birds, butterflies and suddenly some squirrel... we have a fan outside that will ensure you a delicious breeze while you have breakfast, eat or play dominoes at the table !

The whole GARDEN is yours, and if you have pets this will become your paradise. I invite you to discover the different species of trees that we have, ornate plants and medicinal plants... and if you like plants we will gladly give you some to take home with you. You also have garden chairs to further enjoy your stay in this green Oasis... we have 2 lounge chairs under the trees and 2 loungers next to the pool for your exclusive use.

The POOL measures 5 x 7 meters and has a depth of 1.60 meters. I usually deliver it to you at a water temperature between 28 and 29 degrees Celsius and for a reasonable GAS RECOVERY fee we can heat it to your liking.

The JACUZZI is ideal for children as due to its shallow depth they will always feel safe and we can also heat the water to your liking.

PARKING at the entrance is private and serves up to two cars... it is our custom to offer complimentary washing of your car and leave it sparkling for your return home.
Guest access
Outside the Villa you have two parking spaces and if you like to walk or run you have a 1km long circuit within the safe and enjoyable subdivision to do so.
Other things to note
To provide security and confidence to our guests in these challenging times of pandemic, we have reinforced our cleaning and sanitation protocol by following the recommendations of Airbnb and recognized institutions. We use commercial cleaning and sanitizing products that are certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or the European Chemicals Agency (e.g., Clorox, Amino Quaternary, Lysol, etc.).

Upon your arrival you will notice with real conviction the results of this cleaning and sanitation process that will make you feel safe and protected during your stay in our Villa.

We have temporarily adjusted our check-in time to 4pm to ensure compliance with Airbnb's recommended cleaning and sanitation protocol.

Additionally, we leave a kit of cleaning and sanitizing products at your fingertips so you can use them liberally during your stay.

House Rules

The Villa is within a Subdivision whose rules we must comply with residents and guests, among others:

1. Park our cars in the places corresponding to each property.

2.- Take care of our pets at all times and collect their feces when we take them out in the garden or when walking in public areas.

3.- Our regulations indicate that a guest may bring a maximum of 3 pets to the Villa.

4.- Keep the volume of our music player equipment at a reasonable level that does not affect the tranquility of the place and our neighbors.

5.- Identify yourself when you enter the Subdivision and carry the badge that identifies you as a VISITOR inside the car.

6.- In our Villa the visits of our guests are welcome, we only ask you to keep the order and the peace that we also ask of them.

7.- It is important to notify your Host when you expect to receive visits in order to notify Surveillance and formally register your access to the Subdivision.

8.- For family conviction we ask our guests to moderate the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Garden and Pool area.

9.- For safety we require our guests to use disposable or plastic cups and utensils in these areas.

10.- We are a family committed to saving energy and rational consumption of natural resources so we ask you to help us by consuming only the water, gas and electricity necessary during your stay.
