The Space

Book an Experience, not just a Property!!!

Nubia will make you feel safe and at home like few other properties will. Located on the ground floor, our property will give you easy access to the interior. Once inside Nubia, you can relax in any of our rooms and comfortable beds. If you want a little digital entertainment, our room has a Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite movies or series on Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, HBO MAX, and for the little ones, Disney+.

We know how important it is to eat well, and although Cancun has excellent restaurants, there is nothing like a healthy home-cooked meal; that's why Nubia has a fully equipped kitchen.

When you stay at Nubia, besides having access to a great property, you can also enjoy great amenities for those days you don't want to go far away, such as a refreshing pool, palapas with grills for a great BBQ outside, gym to keep you healthy, meeting room in case you have to work at some point, and for the little ones a soccer field, playground and paddle board.

At Nubia, we understand that not all families are big and that many of our guests are couples who want to spend a romantic moment in Cancun without breaking your bank account; that's why we can adjust our price if you there's a maximum of four people in your party, send us a message before booking.
